Someone spent a lot of money and turned a poor 70 Camaro into this. What the hell craigslist?

Heat soak is a helluva drug. I also don’t trust that slack-luster belt...

I also notice that there’s no gauge cluster anymore? I mean, I wouldn’t want to read the temp gauge on this thing either, but I don’t think just not installing one (along with other vital stuff like speed, rpm battery voltage, oil pressure, etc.,) is a good solution to that problem...

The car might be savable if you put the correct nose and tail on it, ditch the sidepipes and wheels, and get intercoolers and a new a belt
But it will be a hell of an investment price considering the insane amount of gold in it.

I don’t think they thought a lot of things through when they did this
“Let’s put a butt-ugly nose on a decent car and then gold plate some parts I got laying around”
“Great Idea!”

“I always hated all the vinyl and plastic of 70s interiors. You know what would be nice? A Wood countertop. Yeah. Wood is the mark of quality! And to improve on the build, we’ll make it one uninterrupted piece! Yeah, I know how fast I’m going, I don’t need any damned gauges!”

The interior is pretty nice though.

I like the lack of inner fenders.

Pics are also 10+ years old.
I’d bet some of that gold is probably green at this point.

How do you know someone needs court supervision without an actual crime being committed?
